Every order is processed only after the client approves the final digital proof. By providing "Final Approval," you acknowledge that the design, spelling, layout, and colors are correct. Printing Buddies is not responsible for errors identified after production begins.

Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 DPI). We do not assume responsibility for low-quality output if the provided source files are pixelated, blurry, or incorrectly formatted.

Please note that colors viewed on your digital screen (RGB) may vary slightly from the actual printed result (CMYK). Minor color shifts are standard in the printing industry and are not considered defects.

Estimated turnaround times start only after final payment and design approval. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Printing Buddies is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

For standard orders, 70% advance payment is required to initiate the design/process, and the remaining 30% must be cleared before dispatch. For customized or bulk corporate orders, 100% advance may be required. We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, and Cash.

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will review for a possible replacement.

You guarantee that any artwork, logos, or content provided to Printing Buddies for printing does not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights. Printing Buddies reserves the right to refuse printing any content that is illegal or violates third-party rights.

Your contact details, designs, and business information shared with us are strictly kept confidential. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. All artwork files are deleted from our active servers after order completion unless requested otherwise.
